About the Founder
Willem De Cock started his career in hotel management and spent 15 years working in five-star hotels around the world. After that, he moved into workplace catering, where he managed one of Belgium's flagship contracts and later became trend watcher and internal consultant for two of the country's leading caterers.
For the last three years, Willem has been advising companies as an independent consultant and developing ALOHA CaterInsight. The platform brings together everything he learned in high-end hospitality and large-scale catering: giving Facility and Workplace managers clear data, KPIs, and insights to manage catering with both operational excellence and a strong customer experience focus.
